Prosynergy Bookkeeping — SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Prosynergy Bookkeeping as part of our client onboarding process, you agree to receive SMS text messages from your assigned bookkeeper. These messages may include:

Monthly bookkeeping report notifications

Transaction clarification questions

Responses to your inquiries

General account communications related to your bookkeeping services
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Consent: Message consent is obtained at onboarding when clients sign the Prosynergy Bookkeeping Client Services Agreement, which includes an explicit SMS communications clause. Providing your mobile number constitutes agreement to receive these communications.
Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Most clients receive 2–8 messages per month.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
