Prosynergy Bookkeeping is committed to protecting your privacy. This section outlines our practices regarding mobile messaging.

Information Collection: We collect your mobile number only when provided during our onboarding process or via our contact forms.

Use of Information: Your mobile number is used exclusively to provide bookkeeping updates, account-related alerts, and direct communication with your assigned bookkeeper.

Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

SMS Communications

Prosynergy Bookkeeping may send SMS text messages to clients who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive communications as part of the client onboarding agreement. Message types include bookkeeping notifications, reminders, and responses to inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
