At Prosynergy, everything we do flows from our passion to create value for our clients. Creating value generates profits, and we use our profits to reduce suffering & restore human flourishing. The primary way we do this is by investing our profits into community development in India, where we are based.
Community Development
With our profits, we seek to empower, educate, & equip underprivileged children and adults by partnering with existing non-profits to expand their impact. Our initiatives are focused on education and skills training rather than creating dependency through handouts. Prosynergy sponsors 8 community development centers in Delhi and Dehradun, India.

Tim Kuepfer
Chief Executive Officer
As the Integrator/CEO, Tim brings strategic leadership, vision, and networking ability to Prosynergy. His experience in finance and consulting shaped the Prosynergy Way. He cofounded Fincastle Automotive before moving to Boston to get his Bachelor's Degree at Sattler College. In 2023, he moved to India to help start Prosynergy. Tim loves to read and learn new things.
Jemimah Newton
Director of Community Development
Jemimah is a community development consultant with international experience in Canada and India, specializing in non-profit strategy and social impact initiatives. She now oversees our community development program in partnership with the local non-profit leaders. Some of her responsibilities include providing financial accountability, measuring impact, and spearheading new initiatives.
Akshay Roberts
Finance & Admin
Akshay helps provide stable leadership to Prosynergy, taking care of internal finance and administrative tasks. He wears many hats at Prosynergy and is an invaluable team player, always willing to step up be responsible for what otherwise might slip through the cracks. He is also our oldest team member, so he makes sure the rest of us whipper-snappers stay in line!
Karan Rawat
Noida Pod Leader
Karan brings his bookkeeping brilliance, clear focus, and a passion for doing things right to the Prosynergy team. He was the first bookkeeping employee and quickly proved his capability, helping the company get off the ground in it's start-up phase. Now he heads up the Noida team and leads weekly operations meetings for the entire company.
Vineet Nautiyal
Dehradun Pod Leader
Vineet joined Prosynergy at a crucial point when the company was starting up the Dehradun office. He was promoted to the head of operations in Dehradun within months of joining the company due to his strong work ethic, sharp mind, and impeccable character. Now he leads a rapidly growing team of bookkeepers in the main office.
Titus Kuepfer
Sales & Client Success Partner
Titus brings high energy, dry humor, and lots of fun to the office. In 2018, he emptied his savings to start Eden Lawn Care. After growing the company for six years, he sold half of it and moved his family to India to help start Prosynergy. He's got a creative side and likes to record podcasts, read books, and hike through the Himalayas in his free time.
