At Prosynergy, everything we do flows from our passion to create value for our clients. Creating value generates profits, and we use our profits to reduce suffering & restore human flourishing. The primary way we do this is by investing 50% of our profits into community development in India, where we are based.
Prosynergy Community Development
We seek to empower, educate, & equip low income communities in India by partnering with existing non-profits to expand their impact as well as starting our own projects. Our initiatives are focused on healthcare, practical education, and skills training rather than creating dependency through handouts.

Tim Kuepfer
CEO/Client Portfolio Manager
As the Integrator/CEO, Tim brings strategic leadership, vision, and networking ability to Prosynergy. His experience in finance and consulting shaped the Prosynergy Way. He cofounded Fincastle Automotive before moving to Boston to get his Bachelor's Degree at Sattler College. In 2023, he moved to India to help start Prosynergy. Tim loves to read and learn new things.
Jemimah Newton
Director of Community Development
Jemimah is a community development consultant with international experience in Canada and India, specializing in non-profit strategy and social impact initiatives. She now oversees our community development program in partnership with the local non-profit leaders. Some of her responsibilities include providing financial accountability, measuring impact, and spearheading new initiatives.
Titus Kuepfer
Sales/Client Portfolio Manager
Titus brings high energy, dry humor, and lots of fun to the office. His first startup was a lawn care company in Virginia, so he understands the needs of small and medium sized business owners who are trying to scale their companies responsibly. He loves to connect with clients on video consulting calls and see the fog around their numbers lift and financial clarity achieved.

Ashish joined us as a bookkeeper and quickly showed his passion for creating value for our clients and building relationships with them. His dedication to his work is evident, and there is almost no problem that he doesn't have the confidence to solve. From onboarding & cleanups to financial consulting, Ashish has proven his ability to handle his portfolio of clients and deliver excellent results.
